Making and Shipping Information

At Natures Finds Studio, we take great pride in crafting each piece of jewellery with attention to detail and care. Please review the following information to understand our production process and shipping policies.

Handmade Creations

All of our jewellery items are handcrafted, with passion and care put into creating each piece. 

Please see all listings for their individual 'making timeframe"

Those listed "RTS" or "Ready to ship" will be posted withing 2 working days (Please note, we do not ship at the weekends or Bank Holidays.)

If your order contains products which require making, please allow us some time to get these made. Your order will be posted in full when the last item is completed. Please contact us if you require confirmation on your order timeline or have special dates for certain items in your order.

Due to the handcrafting process, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched unless the item description states otherwise. However, we always strive to have your treasures ready for shipping in under 3 days whenever possible.

International

  • International Shipping (3-17 Business Days) - £11.00

European Union

  • EU Shipping (2-11 Business Days) - £12.00

please note : Any additional custom fees are the responsibility of the customer and are unique for each country.

Hallmarked Items

Certain items in our collection require hallmarking at the assay office as mandated by law. These hallmarks signify the quality and authenticity of precious metals. Items that need assaying will have specific notes on their individual product pages. Please note that hallmarked items may take up to 4 weeks for delivery due to this additional process. If you need an item by a specific date, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
