Frequently asked questions

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. We have a 14-day return policy (as we are a small business), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please see exceptions / non-refundable items below and check individual product descriptions.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, Gift Cards, Personalised or Bespoke pieces of jewellery as well as some Sale items are non-returnable.

Of course, if your item arrives with a defect, please contact us (within 5 working days) and we’ll be happy to help.

All 'Ready to Ship' jewellery will ship within 2 working days after a final polish. Please see 'Making Times' within each product description for all other jewellery. Some items take longer due to hallmarking or the gold vermeil process. If you have a deadline please contact me or leave a note at checkout.

All jewellery on our website is made in Lacock, England by Holly Hutchen who makes in small batches, using recycled metals wherever possible, carefully choses gemstones, chooses eco-conscious packaging, and carefully considers each step to minimise environmental impact.

The timeframe depends on the complexity of the piece. Simpler designs can sometimes be completed within 3–4 weeks. Most bespoke pieces, especially more intricate or detailed designs, typically take 4–12 weeks to craft.
