  • Step 1.

I collect all of the pottery that i use in my jewellery from Lacock Village flower beds and The Hyde Brook that flows through the Village. Once collected i give all of the pottery an intense clean!

  • Step 2.

Now i take all the pottery and give it a good ol' smashing! I break it down into smaller pieces, like a jigsaw puzzle gone wrong. Then, sand those fragments to perfection, shaping them to work beautifully with the silver.

  • Step 3.

I hand make all of the silver jewellery and set the pottery within my design. Creating unique jewellery that has historic value to Lacock that can be cherished for years.

Lacock Village

The 'Lacock Pottery' collection finds its roots in the timeless allure of Lacock Village, a renowned National Trust destination nestled amidst the English countryside. Adorned with charming houses dating back to the 13th to 18th centuries, Lacock Village enchants visitors with its rich heritage and serene beauty. Yet, for me, it's not just a tourist spot – it's where I spent my childhood and where I call home. Exploring the village's streams and gardens was a regular pastime, and it was there that I first stumbled upon the remnants of old pottery and pipes, each piece a tangible link to the village's storied past. Now, as I craft the 'Lacock Pottery' collection, I fondly recall those cherished memories, infusing each piece with the essence of my upbringing and the rustic charm of this beloved village.
